Our yoga classes offer something for everyone. For the beginner we focus on proper posture in (asanas) and breathing (pranayama). For the intermediate to advance, our classes give you a superior workout while calming your mind. Bringing mind and body together in your practice enlivens your spirit as you leave your class feeling invigorated with a deep clarity.
